With over 12 years of professional experience, he brings knowledge from a variety of industries as well as expertise in organizational effectiveness, communications and business development. Trevor created SwishUp as a way to spend more time with family and friends doing something he loves...playing basketball.

Aaron brings over 15 years of business experience partnering, learning, and building relationships with customers in several industries to uniquely solve their technology, management, product, and business opportunities. Aaron is an Arizona native, avid basketball fan, and has an MBA from Thunderbird along with studying Entrepreneurship from the McGuire Center at the University of Arizona.

The SwishUp Story

Meet Trevor Lightfoot and Aaron Ohms, the dynamic duo behind SwishUp. Former colleagues
turned yard game entrepreneurs, they've brought their passion for basketball & backyard fun to life.

It all started back in 2019 when a simple drawing in a notebook sparked an idea. Trevor and Aaron couldn't resist the urge to turn their vision into reality, and thus began the journey of SwishUp. Countless prototypes later, they finally found the perfect design in 2020. They decided that it was finally time to bring SwishUp to market so customers could experience this amazing game.

Eager to share their creation with the world, the SwishUp team decided to take a leap of faith. They launched a crowdfunding campaign to see how their idea would resonate with others. Additionally, they participated in several investor pitch competitions to get feedback and ideas for improving the game. In 2021, the campaign was a resounding success, surpassing all expectations.

With the support and enthusiasm of backers, SwishUp became a dream come true. In 2022, Trevor and Aaron proudly built over 75 game sets. The response was overwhelming, and by early 2023, SwishUp had sold out! But fear not restocking inventory to ensure the fun continues.

SwishUp isn't just a game; it's a testament to the power of creativity, perseverance, and the love for fun competition with friends and family.
